Film director Suvi is a young Sámi woman living in Helsinki. Her life is changing with her upcoming first child. She is longing back to her ancestral land to North and would like to have her child to have a northern identity. Anssi, Suvi's man, is deeply in love with her and would not like to lose her for the Sámiland. He doesn't feel like home up in the North, but he wants her to be happy and considers totally different lifestyle. Is it all longing for nostalgia? A dream that doesn't exist?
